Job Description:
- Marble/ Granita Construction industry expert-maintenance for CNC Machines, PLC Systems & TPM Solutions.
- Regular Maintenance & troubleshooting, Diagnose and repair marble cutting, polishing, and production equipment.
- Maintain detailed racords for repairs, schedules & inventory
2. Production Engineer
- Years of exp: 3-6 Years
Job Description:
- Experiencest in overseeing production processes in marble factories
- Skilled in quality control, troubleshooting production issues, and Implementing corrective actions.
- Expertise in utilizing CNC machines, PLC systems, and TPM practices.
3. Production Planning Engineer
- Years of exp: 3-5 Years
Job Description:
- Knowledge in CNC PLC TPM Marble Industry
- Developing and implementing production plans and operations in marble factories.
- Monitoring schedules, analyzing performance data and identifying areas for process improvement.
4. Maintenance Engineer
- Years of exp: 3-5 Years
Job Description:
- Experience in Assembly Line, Perform regular maintenance on MEP systems (Diagnoon & repair HVAC, electricst, and plumbing malfunctions)
- Manufacturing or Automotive Industries must.
- Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime & enhance equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records, manags spare parts inventory, and contrei maintenance budgets.
5. Quality Engineer
- Years of exp: 3-5 Years
Job Description:
- Experienced in overseeing quality assurance and control for modular wall systema
- Skilled in developing quality control plans, conducting inspections
- Certified ISO/1OSH/NEBOSH
6. Production Engineer
- Years of exp: 3-5 Years
Job Description:
- Experienced in overseeing the production process for modular wall systems & knowledge in Easy Wall etc.
- Coordinating with design and engineering teams Managing production schedules, troubleshooting issues, and improving workflows
7. Manufacturing Engineer
- Years of exp: 3-8 Years
Job Description:
- Designing and implementing manufacturing processes for Modular wall, Easy Wall systems.
- Optimizing for quality, improving existing processes to enhance cost, quality, and throughput.
- Process simulations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards & kaizen.
8. Production Supervisor
- Years of exp: 0-5 years
Job Description:
- Supervising daily production activities, ensuring efficient operation of machinery and staff in a cut and bend micro factory.
- Skilled in overseeing the cutting, bending, and shaping of steel or materials to meet production specifications.
- Monitoring processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain quality standards
9. Safety Officer
- Years of exp: 3-5 Years
Job Description:
- Certified Safety Officer with expertise in conducting regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitoring PPE usage, adherence to safety standards, maintaining safety records, incident reports, and ensuring compliance with local safety laws.
