- Experience: 12 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
Scope of Work:
- Interact with government bodies, mainly utility boards.
- Identify transmission & distribution plans.
- Identify land parcels.
- Engage in the finalization of land and other requirements.
2. Head – Business Development
- Experience: 12 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
Scope of Work:
- Government Liaison
- Financial Analysis & Design
- Feasibility Study
- Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Analysis
- Profitability assessment in asset purchases
3. Head – Operations
- Experience: 12 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering
Scope of Work:
- Project operations
- Client interaction
- Operations & maintenance
4. Cluster Head
- Experience: 12 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering
Scope of Work:
- Oversee day-to-day operations & maintenance (O&M) activities
- Manage contract compliance and monitoring
5. Asset Manager
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering
Scope of Work:
- Asset performance management
- Lifecycle management
- Risk assessment & mitigation
- Data analysis & reporting
- Maintenance strategy & cost optimization
6. Manager (Design & Costing) – Solar
- Experience: 8 years
- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR MBA / PGCM / NICMAR preferred
Scope of Work:
- Pre-tendering activities, including design and cost estimation, for renewable energy (Solar) projects
- Design of solar plants using PV system or other equivalent software
- Estimation of the quantity of required modules, inverters, and other components
