Preferred Segment: UG Metro / Hydro
Open Positions:
1. Planning-Engineer/Manager:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech- Civil/PG/ NICMAR
- Experience: 6 to 12 years
- Job Description: Preparation of project plan & project budget, Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources, Plan resources, ar- rangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan, Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance, To prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval, To prepare time cycle charts of various activities of work, To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team, Prepare base line programme and monitor the programme, Submission of updated programme, revised programme and Impacted programme for EOT. Proficiency in MS Project & Primavera-P6 is must
2. QS/Commercial Engineer/Manager:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech- Civil/PG/ NICMAR or DCE
- Experience: 6 to 12 years or 8 to 10 years
- Job Description: Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents, Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms, Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs, Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions, Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures, Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations, Preparing interim and final valu- ations, variations and claims of the construction site. Subcontract Management, Client Billing. Proficiency in SAP is must
3. Contract Administration Manager:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech- Civil/PG/ NICMAR
- Experience: 12+ years
- Job Description: To draft, execute and manage the entire contract lifecycle, in a way that is neutral, beneficial and fair to both parties involved, Ensure that all contrac- tual accountability and duties are met by both the parties signing it, Perform periodic reviews of the contracts in place and provide resolution services whenever a situation arises, Educate the stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per the conditions laid in the con- tract, Establish a contract management system to regulate the contract management work- 3 flow, Provide essential contract management services, by resolving conflicts, providing legal advice and renewing and redrafting contracts, Supervise the performance of the contract and work towards compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in, Contract drafting and negotiation skills, Identify & record all variances for filing or defending against any claim that may arise in the future, efficient coordination between all parties, handles all concerns with utmost diplomacy to avoid disputes and promotes harmonious negotiations & settlements., Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
