QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of industrial work experience.
- Excellent Technical skills and problem sloving skills.
- The ability to work quickly and under pressure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets and schedules.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents for projects.
- Assess and mitigate project risks and identify opportunities for cost savings.
